Counselling sessions are typically 50 minutes long and the session fee is $70 (Couples $100). Discounts are available to seniors and concession card holders.

Sessions are held at my office or at your workplace for Workplace Mediation / EAP. However, this can be negotiated at the initial discussion, dependent upon your circumstances. Sessions can also be undertaken by phone, Skype or Facetime whichever you feel comfortable with. 

Hours of business are by appointment only:

Monday - Thursday  10.00am - 5.30pm

Saturday - 10.00am - 12.15pm (limited sessions available) 

After hours appointments by special arrangement.

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and unexpected situations may arise. In this case, 4 hours notice  is required either by phone or email, and I will gladly reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

The number of sessions you engage in is up to you. You are in full control over how often you attend counselling and you can stop counselling at any time without judgment.

There is no typical length a person should attend counselling for.  Each person brings different circumstances and will work at their own pace. We will evaluate throughout our sessions how you feel you are progressing.
